Handpicking at optimum ripeness, along with modern winemaking techniques, has captured and preserved the unique varietal Merlot characteristics,  Careful ageing in new Radoux American and French Oak barrels for 31 months has added complexity and richness to the already generous palate.

Our Old House Merlot displays intensley rich flavours of spicy berry fruit with a very smooth mouthfeel, and harmonious balance between the oak and fruit.  Supported by long, fine tannins, a very flavoursome wine with great depth emerges. 

Developed cedar and vanillan oak backing adds further complexity to the already generous palate.

This wine will continue to develop with further cellaring.

The fruit-driven characteristics of Cabernet Fanc produces a wine that is softer in style, yet full of flavour and elegant style.

Careful ageing in small French and American oak casks for 33 months has enhanced the development of this structire adding richness and complexity.

Our Old House Cabernet Franc shows a great concentration and persistence of aromas and flavours.  The integration of varietal fruit and quality oak has produced a palate displaying excellent richness, length and complexity, along with a delicate fine-grained, layered profile.

This wine will continue to develop these characteristics with further cellaring.

Our Oakley Road 2007 Shiraz boasts a powerful fruit driven style showing intense berry fruits of mulberry and blackcurrant with soft vanillian oak finishing, with a long and firm, full flavoured palate.

Intensely rich aromas of ripe mulberry and black cherry fruits with underlying hints of smoky cedary oak characterises this wine's perfect balance.

Our 2007 Shiraz is best served at 16°C - in the company of good friends and good food!

The 2006 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is packed full of citrus and tropical fruit with nuances of herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc attributes.

Plenty of zesty citrus and herbaceous fruit flavours dominate the palate, while its crisp acidity retains freshness and displays great concentration of varietal fruit characters.

A perfect accompaniment to shellfish, light meals and Asian-based recipes.  Reccommended to be served chilled.

This classic ‘Bordeaux blend’ has rich red berry fruit flavours with spicy tannins on the finish.

With its inky red colour and intense aromas of blackcurrant and green capsicum, an attribute of varietal cabernet, this mouth-filling fruit exudes berry spice, creamy vanillan oak and long soft tannins, finishing full and firm.

Sweet fragrant with lashings of passionfruit, lychees, musk, rose petals and frangipani. Delicate and lightweight yet also alluring and inviting. Smooth and easy drinking with good acidity that balances the ripe fresh fruit characters. Lingers long on the finish.
